The project embodies a meticulous approach to urban design, situated within a site abundant with sprawling vegetation. Rather than creating a few robust building blocks, the intention was to distribute the residential program across the plot, harmonizing with the topography, existing vegetation, and trees. This organic approach enables an efficient floor plan arrangement, ensuring that each apartment has access to two opposing sides of the facade. This design facilitates cross–natural ventilation, ample daylight penetration, and optimal solar gains. To further enhance the environmental performance of the development, the facades are adorned with native and deciduous plants. These strategically selected plants provide shading during the summer months, reducing solar heat gain while allowing passive warming during winter. This natural vegetation element not only contributes to the project's aesthetic appeal but also actively assists in maintaining a comfortable indoor environment throughout the seasons.
