The residential block project is an integral part of an extensive master plan, serving as a vital anchor point between the new development, existing structures, and roadways. With a squared footprint, the building is thoughtfully designed to seamlessly merge with the surrounding natural and built environment while maintaining a monolithic appearance. One of the key design elements is the careful positioning of balconies as a setback in the corners of the building. This intentional placement serves a dual purpose. Firstly, it ensures the residents' comfort by protecting the balconies from overheating, thus creating inviting outdoor spaces. Secondly, it adds an aesthetic appeal to the façade, breaking the monolithic look and offering a dynamic interplay of light and shadow. The design prioritizes sustainability and visual harmony, incorporating careful site planning, attention to detail in material selection, and passive design strategies to enhance residents' comfort.
