Located in Porto's business area and with 1600 m2 distributed over the 2 top floors of Porto Office Park, the offices have a 360º view over the city. Together with *design factory, we designed an open-floor concept where every employee can cherish the outstanding view from their working station.

To amply the relationship between indoors and outdoors and dwindle the borders between office rooms and open space areas, we paid particular attention to the spatial distribution and partition walls made of glass and minimal profiles. The space was carefully designed to maximize the daylight factor conditions to every working spot. Closer to the façade, the office rooms will admit longer working hours, while the open space is used for more collaborative and temporary tasks and gatherings.

We applied a ruling metric that follows the façade rhythm, defining each enclosed compartment, yet leaving room for a flexible adaptation in the future. Hence the ceiling comprises a perforated metal sheet that recalls the building's industrial look.

Taking advantage of the two levels, we divided the areas for employees and clients. The latter is located on the top floor, handing access to exclusive lawyer's offices and a privileged access terrace that promotes a differentiating experience, to those who visit.

There is also a library space and meeting rooms interconnected through sliding panels that adapt to different needs on this floor.
