As part of the Masterplan Gaia urban project, the two buildings represent an extension of the Plaza outdoor and fluid arrangement that should continue and surround the two building blocks.

The residential units are executed under a striking and extremely efficient floor plan, which is subtly translated to the facade composition. The fine lines mark the exterior space division between each apartment, as they bring a dynamic and distinguished appearance to the whole residential complex.

By designing a continuous balcony all around the building perimeter, every interior room can be projected to the outside.
At the same time, by reducing the slab's front edge, the outdoor areas will gain shadow during the warmer days of the year, as they will allow for the sun to come inside the apartments during the winter and colder season.
 
A simple and passive response that improves thermal loss, overheating and comfort to the indoor and outdoor spaces.

The first block is already under construction.
The others are in the planning stage and expected to be erected this year.
